Frequently asked questions:

  1. Q. When starting the program, why do I get a message that the data file is corrupt?

    A. Your computer probably lost power while Optimum Choice was running. Please Please email the file c:\program files\opchoic4\opdata.mdb to us at info@cogsystech.com.

  2. Q. When starting the program, I get a message that I need to re-authorize my security key. What do I do?

    A. Call your Valvoline fleet sales contact. They will issue you the reauthorization codes. Be sure to have available the serial number on the security key.

  3. Q. After installing Optimum Choice, I can't get the program to run. I'm told that the security software was not found. What do I do?

    A. You probably had an aggressive antiviral program running, or possibly your organization has a certain desktop security "policy" set up on your computer. Restart your computer. Restart and press and hold F8 prior to the point your computer starts Windows and to go into safe mode. Then select Windows Safe Mode. Then try to install again. This will bypass your antivirual software.
